How to Make Greek Salad Dressing

For this recipe I put everything right into my food processor to blend it up. You can also mince the garlic and blend by hand. I liked the ease of the food processor. Here is the food processor I use and love.

Place all ingredients right into the food processor. If you’re mixing by hand then mince the garlic and throughly chop the oregano if you’re using fresh oregano. I used tried as I think it lends better to the dressing. Both are great ideas!
