In recent years, Asian cuisine has gained immense popularity for its bold flavors, vibrant colors, and healthy ingredients. One of my favorite things to do when I find a dish at a local restaurant that I can’t stop thinking about, is recreate the dish at home. This dish is inspired by the Lettuce Cups at the Blue Elephant in Wayne, PA.
These delightful Asian-inspired lettuce wraps are not only packed with flavor but also provide a refreshing and nutritious alternative to traditional wraps. And of course and always, I’m giving you an option to make this vegetarian or meatless.
