As you know I am all about making life easier in and out of the kitchen. I recently discovered Dorot fresh frozen garlic and herbs that get the job done with the snap of your fingers! Dorot conveniently brings you the ir signature line of pre-portioned fresh garlic and herbs frozen at the peak of freshness within 90 minutes of harvest. I have been doing this come winter for years and I was so happy to discover a company that does it for you! #teamlifehack
I was able to easily pick up a few packs in my local Trader Joe’s for $2.29. The ratio of uses per Dorot pack compared to what you pay for fresh herbs from the grocery store absolutely pays off! Since the cubes have a 2 year life shelf, you can stock up and always have fresh garlic and herbs on hand right in your freezer. My freezer is the key to meal planning for a busy family. Each herb or garlic is frozen into pre-portion cubes that help you cook along the way.

To get ready for Spring with Dorot, below I am sharing with you a super easy side dish perfect for grill season, Garlic Potato Wedges. This recipe calls for 6 ingredients only and is the perfect compliment to your spring main dishes! In this recipe I used 3 ‘pops’ of Dorot Garlic by simply popping them out like an ice cube tray and right into my recipe. One cube equals one clove of garlic. No peeling or mincing needed. Super fast, effective and delicious garlic ready to go. This one is a CROWD PLEASER trust me!
