The best Slow Cooker or Crock Pot
There are endless things you can make in a slow cooker. This chili recipe being one! You don’t have to have a fancy slow cooker.
This slowcooker that I have works super awesome. It’s also called a Crock Pot. A slowcooker is a kitchen appliance that cooks things slowly on low heat. It’s great for meats, soups and stews! A slowcooker is a MUST HAVE for any kitchen. This is the one that I use here.

What else can I put in chili?
I like to take a use-what-you-have-on-hand approach. If you have chili seasoning, diced tomatoes and a can of beans, you’re in business. You can add in or substitute any of the following
make it meatless!
ground chicken or pork
crispy tofu
cannellini beans
pinto beans
baked beans (yes make it smoky!)
bell peppers
corn
spicy peppers for more heat such as jalapeño
potato
small pasta
