Avocado + Honey Dijon Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 lb penne pasta, cooked
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow pepper, diced
  • ⅛ green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup snow peas
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced or pulled
  • fresh italian herbs (basil, parsley, oregano, thyme)
  • honey lemon dijon dressing
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta al dente and drain.
  2. Whisk together ingredients for the dressing.
  3. Toss together all ingredients gently with the dressing until the pasta is evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
