Extremely Simple and Easy Slow Cooked Chili Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can White Canelli Beans, drained
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 1 large Yellow or Russet potato, diced
  • ⅛ cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 package McCormick White Chicken Chili Spice Mix
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese and Avocado for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker besides the chicken.
  2. Place the chicken breast on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
  4. Within last hour pull out the chicken and shred with two forks making a crisscross motions.
  5. Return shredded chicken to pot and stir.
  6. Serve, garnish and enjoy!
